What is the Mixed-Team Problem?

Three teams from three different countries will form a Mixed-Team and solve a special problem during Eurofest. On the last Eurofest day, they will present their solutions on stage. Teams may use their long-term props and/or create new ones. This is always great fun and an opportunity to start lifetime friendships. Mixed-Teams will receive the problem during the Mixed-Team quest. All you need to complete this problem are the things you will have along anyway: team members, props and costumes from long-term and your coach!

What is the International Fair?

Learn about other cultures and teach others about yours – bring traditional souvenirs or food from your country and sell/trade/present it to/with others. Each country will be given a few tables (depending on how many teams they have) that you may use as your booth. Come prepared — bring things you can trade, sell and give away that are typical of your country and culture. We will be presenting the participating country’s flag behind the country’s booth.

What is the Cultural Festival?

At the Cultural Festival, every participating country will have 8 minutes to present its culture on stage – for example by dance, song, a video, a mix of all or whatever you like. All teams from a country must agree on what to put on stage. The time limit will not be extended! Come prepared — bring your choreography, idea and any costumes or instruments you need along. Please provide us with your desired music on a USB-stick.

What personal documents should we bring?

Do not forget your passport or other form of official identification, medical identification, flight tickets or other travel documents as well as any documents necessary for registration at Eurofest.
